The real star of this spot is the restaurant Grill Lovor, with its charming, almost fairytale-like ambiance, reminiscent of an ancient Greek temple.

If you plan to dine here, note the opening hours! Grill Lovor closes around 6 p.m., so plan accordingly. I know what I’m talking about. But even after closing, the beach is still accessible, and the sunbeds are free to use – the perfect peaceful sunset spot.

1. Sand Beach Biondi – Aperol Spritz Heaven

Sand Beach Biondi offers ample space for sunbathers and beach volleyball fans. But the real star of the show? The only low-priced but still really delicious Aperol Spritz in town!

In this picture you can see the cosy Rovinj beach called Sand Beach Biondi. Some people are lolling in the sun and in the background you can see the old town of rovinj. the sea stretches out to the right of the picture. It is a sunny day.

2. Cuvi Beach

Cuvi Beach is mentioned in nearly every travel blog and guide about Rovinj, Croatia, and with good reason. It’s a popular beach for families and tourists, offering sunbeds, a snack bar, and a prime location between the wilder Skaraba Beach and the relaxed Villas Rubin Beach.

However, be prepared – it can get crowded. If you’re looking for a peaceful beach day, you might want to come early or visit outside peak hours.

Rovinj Beach for Luxury and Style

Mulini Beach

For a touch of luxury, head to Mulini Beach, right next to the yacht club.

There are stylish sun loungers and a beach bar with a DJ – but be prepared to blow the budget. A sunbed costs around €150 per day.

Luxury with a Catch: Mulini Beach tends to get crowded, and because it’s in a secluded bay, it’s sometimes prone to floating litter and other debris. To be honest, I wouldn’t really recommend this beach to anyone. But of course it depends on what you’re looking for. Rovinj has so many other beautiful beaches to offer.
